Meal Replacement Shakes

We have a range of shakes mixed with skimmed milk and some mixed with water, as indicated on the product pages. To meet the 200kcal guidelines stated, our 'with milk' shakes are best mixed with skimmed or unsweetened soya milk — mixed with water they come to around 125 calories. You can see the nutritional information per sachet on each product page.

Many Type-2 diabetics use our products to help reverse their diagnosis.† You should consult your GP about your personal circumstances.

Most of our range — excluding the vegan shakes and the white chocolate raspberry shake — is free from artificial sweeteners, and we are working hard to make the range completely free of them.

For weight loss we recommend replacing two main daily meals with our shakes, but you can have up to four per day if you follow our Total Plan.
