One sachet, one meal
Each sachet makes one meal. Mix it with 200-230ml of cold water, shake until smooth, and it is ready straight away - nothing to cook, weigh or measure. Every shake carries 20+ vitamins and minerals alongside its protein and fibre.
How to prepare it
- 1 Empty content of one packet into a bowl.
- 2 Add 230ml of hot (but not boiling) water and mix until well dissolved.
- 3 Consume within 10 minutes for best results.

How do I make one up?
Pour 200-230ml of cold water into a shaker, add the contents of the sachet, and shake until it is fully dissolved. It is ready to drink straight away.
Can I mix it with milk instead of water?
Yes. Skimmed milk or unsweetened soya milk both work and give a creamier result. Mixing with water keeps the meal to the calories shown on the pack.
Does one sachet replace a whole meal?
Yes - one sachet is one meal, so there is nothing to add to it.

Lovely tasty soup - l would highly recommend
I just mix with half a cup of hot water until totally dissolved into a thick mixture then add more hot water and stir to enjoy. Just as good as any creamy chicken soup I've had.
We both have this soup most days and it is really nice. Not like a diet soup at all. I would recommend this soup to everybody. I usually have a Ryvita with it perhaps with marmite on.
