As with all our soups and other weight loss products, our cream of pea soup is jam-packed full of the goodness your body needs when losing weight rapidly. It contains over 20+ essential vitamins, minerals, and nutrients so you can rest assured your body is getting what it needs while you’re shedding those pounds.
One sachet, one meal
Each sachet makes one meal. Mix it with 200-230ml of cold water, shake until smooth, and it is ready straight away - nothing to cook, weigh or measure. Every shake carries 20+ vitamins and minerals alongside its protein and fibre.
How to prepare it
- 1 Empty contents of one packet into a bowl.
- 2 Add 230ml of hot (but not boiling) water and mix until well dissolved.
- 3 Consume within 10 minutes.
Common questions
How do I make one up?
Pour 200-230ml of cold water into a shaker, add the contents of the sachet, and shake until it is fully dissolved. It is ready to drink straight away.
Can I mix it with milk instead of water?
Yes. Skimmed milk or unsweetened soya milk both work and give a creamier result. Mixing with water keeps the meal to the calories shown on the pack.
Does one sachet replace a whole meal?
Yes - one sachet is one meal, so there is nothing to add to it.

Love the range of soups, all 3 flavours are really tasty and do fill you . Would definitely recommend.
It tasted alright with some salt and pepper in it, I prefer the shakes though.
Out of the three soups offered by Shake That Weight I much prefer this one. I am currently doing three consecutive 28 day sessions and this is the soup I have chosen for my everyday lunch. It has the added bonus of having the lowest calories and sugars of the three so is fantastically suited to diabetics.
